New Culture, currently going through Class 8 of the IndieBio program, is looking for a Food Scientist

We are revolutionizing the dairy industry; making sustainable, ethical and amazing tasting dairy products without the need for animals or farms. By drastically reducing land usage, water usage, energy usage, greenhouse gas emissions and eliminating animal cruelty, we are creating a dairy industry for the 1 0 billion people that will be living on planet earth by 2050.

Our first area of focus will be delicious tasting, real cow cheese, without the cow.

We are wanting an experienced Food Scientist to join us for 3 – 4 months in the IndieBio lab to help us create amazing cow cheese from recombinant dairy proteins. Ideally, you will have 3+ years experience in food product development including experience in

  • –  Dairy science
  • –  Food chemistry
  • –  Protein chemistry
  • –  Ingredient functionality and interactions
  • –  Food processing techniques
  • –  Food microbiologyWe are looking for someone that is creative, shows initiative and works well with others.
